Performance Management
Biz$core’s Business Intelligence solutions enables the analysis of the Bank’s business performance along multiple metrics. Each Biz$core solution comes bundled with a number of best practice KPIs and a number of Dashboards and reports which present an analysis of the metrics that make up these KPIs.
One of the key requirements in addition to these analyses is the ability to record targets or budgets against each KPI and track the actual movement of the KPI against these targets/budgets. Biz$core Performance Management module enables this function.
Biz$core Performance Management is enabled to work in tandem with the Biz$core Organization Modeller module. Each role/group that is created in the system can be assigned a set of KPIs that are potentially tracked against them. The actual performance of the role against the KPI is tracked against the target/budget set by the organization for that role and variance reports published in the Business Intelligence solution through Dashboards and reports. Alerts can also be configured for performance falling below pre-defined thresholds.
The Biz$core performance management module also enables the capture of qualitative comments against each KPI and for a workflow based approach for the assigning of KPIs and their respective target/budget values.
Combined with the functionally rich Biz$core business intelligence solutions, which are embedded with a number of pre-built KPIs, Biz$core the Performance Management solution enables the creation of a BI aligned, metrics driven organization.
